As we get closer to August 23rd of 2019, I get more and more sentimental about PrettiBone and how much was accomplished in 1 year. On the outside looking in, it might seem that I have everything together but it has been a struggle to get PrettiBone to where it's at today. Maybe someday I'll explain the entire story behind how I got here but for now, I'll just call it my "Hail Mary" attempt at making it out.

I almost feel that PrettiBone has taken on a life of its own and with it, an identity that's unique to itself. This identity however does not sway that far away from what I initially wanted PrettiBone to be. This post is about me filling you guys in on where PrettiBone is headed for year number 2. Before I start, I want to thank you all for the unwavering support. I want to thank you for letting me be me and truly enjoying this ride with PrettiBone. I want to that you for all the kind words through your comments, private messages, texts and emails. THANKS!

With that said, let's move on to what I have planned for year 2.

As you can see, I didn't want PrettiBone to be a one-trick pony. From month number 6 and beyond, I was adamant that PrettiBone will become more than just reseller on Poshmark. I'm truly unapologetic about this and you might even feel the arrogance in my words. The thing is, I can't pay attention to what others are saying. I don't care what the bigger accounts are doing. I don't care what some people in the comments are saying. I just know this PrettiBone project is way bigger than what they might think it is or will be and I'll put in whatever work it takes. I've said it before and I'll say it again, PrettiBone's presence will be felt.

I get goosebumps just writing this part of the blog because what I'm about to write down, I know I will be held accountable for in terms of execution. If you've been with me when my closet name used to be "RoundRedRose", you would know that nothing means more to me than results. I don't write these goals down to impress anyone, I write them down because I need to be held accountable publicly. I suggest you try this out sometimes, maybe you'll be addicted to the pressure as much as I am. It's as if I need this undue pressure for me to perform at my best, again, you should try it sometime!

The items highlighted in red is what I have planned for PrettiBone. The most exciting thing for me from the list is the PrettiBone Thrift Stores. Like for most of us, thrifting is where I started when I first started reselling. Thrifting gave me the opportunity that I desperately needed. It would only make sense for everything to come full circle. As far as the other plans, I know they will fall into place naturally, I have no doubt they will happen. The thrift store, on the other hand, will require a lot from me, but I'm really excited to give it my all. Please stick around to see it manifest.

Now that you've seen what I have planned, do the same for yourselves. Take inventory of where you're at today and ask yourself where you're going to be a year from now. Don't cheat yourself by thinking you're just gonna go with the flow. Really think about it, it's your future dammit!

I hope you all set crazy ass goals for yourselves. I truly want everyone to win because there's so much to go around. And if you're going to give your goals a shot, GO ALL THE WAY! Quit thinking so small, quit thinking short term, quit thinking that you can't do it. If I would've thought this way when only 7 people were "liking" my posts on Instagram, PrettiBone wouldn't be where it's at today. I'm glad I didn't give up on PrettiBone when nobody cared and I'm glad I don't have to live with the regret of not knowing what could've been.

Lastly, I want to thank you all again for making this year one of the most exciting of my life. I honestly couldn't have done it without your support and belief in this project.
